The plan that works for me is simple but not easy.
The most important thing when losing weight is your diet. I do alternate day means I don't eat for about 36 hours or you can say I eat one day and fast the other day. Although it worked for me I would not recommend it to anyone as it may cause some problems for some people. That's my advice to first calculate your BMR and start eating calories slightly less than your BMR.. try to eat 200-300 calories less every day.

The second most important thing is exercise. Two of them are weight lifting and cardio. I follow a routine where I lift weights in the morning Monday through Saturday and Sunday is my rest day. And for cardio I run every evening.. no day off.. running has become my addiction and I need my fix every day.

I suggest you buy a scale to record your weight every day. This helps you see changes or know when to change your diet and exercise based on changes in your weight.

This plan worked for me and it may not work for you. Everyone's body is different. Do your own research and find your own way!

Weight loss is the best thing you can do for yourself. In this sedentary world, people are getting prone to diseases like diabetes, etc, 


I surely can motivate you through my weight loss story. I was 68kgs six months ago and after following some diet changes, I lost my extra 8kgs. Now I weigh 60kgs.


Here is the list of the things that I did for losing those extra pounds.


1. First of all, I ate under my required calories to keep the calorie deficit.

2.I ate healthy foods like whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products.

3. I avoided all oils, sugar, refined flour, and outside food. ( although I did cheat on a few occasions) .

4. I tried to walk whenever I could and enjoyed light sports that too not regularly.

5. I drank plenty of water.

6. Sleeping 7–8hrs a day is very necessary.

Always try to maintain the calorie deficit, do not overeat.
