Vince McMahon, WWE, Paul Michael Levesque

What would happen to WWE if Vince McMahon, Stephanie, Shane, and Triple H were all injured in a plane crash at the same time?

Your question is quite complex. Another less dramatic setup is that if the McMahon/Hemsley family lost controlling interests in the company, what could happen to WWE?

WWE would be a very different entity if The Authority were separate from The Authority. McMahon has amassed a corporate empire, though not always in a particularly innovative or creative way. Paul Michael Levesque's character Triple H has a very different agenda for WWE. (which is being realized in NXT). WWE would not exist today without the creative partnership of these two men. The presence of the princess is heard during the "Women's Revolution". Women's wrestling can be overshadowed by lingerie boots because professional wrestling is primarily a man's sport, and women can be attractive without a step.

Before becoming NXT, OVW produced WWE superstars such as John Cena and Brock Lesnar. Which developmental brand was actually better?

Former wrestler with 23 years in the business in pro wrestling promotions (1981–2004) 8 months. William Regal has undergone a somewhat high-profile makeover with the recent release of NXT, now produced by Vince McMahon, Paul "Triple H" Levesque, and Shawn Michaels. Many wrestlers felt they would be overlooked on the RAW and Smackdown brands. This proved to be true as the last major group of NXT wrestlers was quickly tapped and released to move up to the big two brands.

Regal seemed to have a better rapport with the younger workers and gained respect from them, and new producers judged the younger workers less experienced than the veterans in WWE. Building a brand is not as easy with young workers as it is with experienced workers with many years in the business. You had the same situation with OVW who respected their trainees with Danny Davis and the way things are going now with Al Snow and Matt Jones seems to be continuing. All in all, finding a diamond in one form or another is not easy and given today's independent circuits many young trainees are having a hard time locating wrestling schools with qualified trainers. With NXT, you're training WWE-style. OVW is a bit more like a good independent promotion with in-your-face weekly TV tapings. What they do and if that's what you decide you want OVW is as good as there is.

When Vince McMahon dies, who do you think should take over the company, and why?

I would like to think that the company will be handed over to Shane or Stephanie McMahon. Personally, I'd rather have Stephanie take over because she seems to do a lot for the company. Shane made RAW Underground, and Vince didn't really like it that much- it's not a thing anymore. After the hiatus from Raw Underground, Shane began feuding and trying to get as much TV time as possible. Stephanie, lately, has only been seen pushing the storylines. For example, when Bayley and Sasha Banks were the Women's Tag Team Champions, Stephanie stepped in to make announcements about how Kairi was injured and gone. In addition, Stephanie and Paul Levesque (HHH) may manage the company together. Paul is doing great on the developmental brand, NXT. That would leave Michael Hackenbottom (Shawn Michaels) to play a more prominent role in NXT, I would assume, with the guidance of William Regal.

Does WWE prefer NXT wrestlers over other wrestlers?

NXT began training Paul "HHH" Levesque on how to run Raw, Smackdown. He had a hand in picking independent wrestlers that were all pretty green too, pro wrestling, assembling a team of veterans he trusted like Michael "HBK Shawn Michaels" Hackenbottom. and creating the foundation of the NXT brand that became more popular than Raw and Smackdown because he created Attitude era-esque storylines and help them learn to sell their feuds. Flash forward to 2022 when Vince retires and appoints his daughter Stephanie McMahon Levesque as co-CEO and makes her husband Chief Talent Officer and Head of Creative at WWE. So instead of using the same talent until retirement, Vince let them work less and nurtured those he trained and added to the main rosters to build a bigger talent pool so the storylines wouldn't become stale. People always feed everyone. Others now have plenty of fresh talent to mingle with.

What will WWE look like after Vince McMahon retires?

See, when Triple H steps in, he'll take out Vince's crew and replace it with the NXT crew of Jeremy Borsch, Road Dogg, and whoever is behind the scenes at NXT. Kevin Dunn will be let go because we all know he is 100% Vince's guy and wouldn't have a job at the company without Vince. Triple H may keep Kevin around to teach the guys and girls working on the camera crew team but Dunn will no longer be the lead cameraman.

So this overnight change people think will happen with WWE when Trips enters the office isn't going to happen overnight. You are looking at a slow process that will probably take 5 years before you see any real change in the company.

Why did Vince McMahon sell WWE?

Been watching wrestling for over three decades. Which Vince McMahon? If you mean Vince Sr., Vince McMahon's father who runs WWE these days, he sold it to his son because he was getting old. Sr. was injured in 1984, two years after he sold the company's stock to Vince Jr. If you mean Vince Jr., he hasn't sold it. He still owns a large majority of the voting stock.
