I'm a lists it higher to consciousness on bodily fitness and workout at a young age or as you get older?

Contrary to the great contemporary emphasis on health and physical activity. I understand that health is important but clearly this message is not being shared globally - despite millions being spent on physical activity and health promotion, inactivity is on the rise worldwide.

There is more to physical activity and exercise than 'health' - as in the absence of disease health. At your age, we've instead focused on fun, collaboration, socializing, interacting with nature, competition, and challenging ourselves—basically a lifetime of being physically active. Creating love.

I think we have a huge opportunity with this broader focus to engage young people on a physically active lifestyle. It saddens me that the coming generations think that exercise is only for controlling body weight and being healthy.

As we get older, Trent, I think our reasons and focus change and for good reasons, we start to pay a little more attention to health - physical and mental.

To a certain extent, lots of fitness troubles can be avoided by using a wholesome lifestyle.

Your genes are the code in your DNA that dictate not only specific diseases but also the vulnerability to certain health problems. That is to say, while scientists have isolated specific genes for some diseases (for example BRCA1 and BRCA2 in breast cancer), in other diseases, we know there is a genetic component, but no gene has been removed (e.g. schizophrenia and plenty of different intellectual ailments). In those ailments, the idea is that at the same time as there's the genetic predisposition, this isn't nicely expressed till the man or woman comes into touch with environmental stress factors.

A simple example is smoking and lung cancer. Not all smokers get lung cancer, but almost all people with lung cancer were smokers. This means that it is likely that these people had a genetic predisposition to lung cancer, and that it was environmental stressors when they started smoking that resulted in lung cancer.

This means that a healthy diet and lifestyle (along with regular exercise, sleep, stress management, and avoiding smoking) will set you up for the best possible health outcomes, sometimes in your genes. There may be hidden trends that you are unaware of. Genetic influences on health and disease are still largely unknown, but there are now many scientists trying to tease out these delicate relationships.

Basically, live as healthy a lifestyle as possible, but don't let that make you think you're bulletproof against all health problems. See your doctor for regular screening tests and checkups, and even then, see them if you're concerned about any symptoms.

As an aside, I disagree with the comment below. Although diet can definitely affect cancer, I would never recommend anyone cease cancer treatment in favor of dietary measures.

What's the main difference between exercise and stress, health-wise?

Exercise increases another feel-good stress moderator, norepinephrine while decreasing the stress chemical cortisol. Of course, exercise improves your mood, reduces anxiety, boosts your morale, and makes you feel more confident.

The most important thing when getting a massage is to communicate well with the massage therapist[1] or personal trainer and wellness coach you connect with so that you can tell them what you do about massage and What don't you do? . That way you can enjoy this time! Right now, since it's a pandemic, I often hire mobile massage therapists at home.

Very common health problems certainly can be avoided with proper diets.

Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cluttered arteries, cancer, arthritis, obesity, dementia, and many other common health problems nowadays (at least in my perception) are in many ways associated with our diet in common

It goes even further, changing your diet to a healthy one can (to my knowledge) even reverse certain health issues that if left untreated are nasty killers.

First:

My Experience; I switched to a whole food plant-based diet about a year ago. From the meat mongering machine, high BP, overweight, weak skin, low energy, poor sex drive/life you name it. I have turned into nothing less than the opposite. I struggled for years to lose weight and achieve a healthy BMI. I can starve myself, just eat very little, and as soon as I let go (don't eat a lot!) I gain weight. The thing is I'm really jumpy and energetic..use a lot of energy so this body has to feed. So now I only eat vegan stuff, preferring whole foods, no processed shit.

Result??? > I lose weight by eating loads of healthy food. I am 1.8m/6′ now weigh 76KGs which is fine. I eat meat substitutes, just to feel happy because I love the taste of meat (no shame) .. so soy and wheat burgers, sausages, etc. Vegan pizza!!!, pasta, Asian. You name it, just tweaked the recipe a bit to be vegan.. no hassle, no pain.

Second:

See "What The Health" and or "Cowspiracy". These are entry-level documentaries on basic information about our modern-day diet of fat, meat, and sugar.. and their effects on your body, your environment, animal life/welfare, and planet one. As living beings.. and the future of our children. 'What The Health' in particular gives you great information about what a healthy diet can be by simply explaining how things work for your body.

So, if you really want to influence your health, your kids might as well grow up in this environment: watch them.. there's no excuse not to. I am 100% sure that you will feel well informed afterward, that you will see a direction that you can then explore freely.

But all things considered. Don’t we all know all this stuff already?
